Updated the bathroom with beautiful new chrome without the expense and bother of replacing the entire shower assembly. The parts came in a flash. Were very easy to install and now it all looks brand new again.

Hi there.. Thank you Amazon!! This shower trim kit replaces the handle and the plate on the Moen Chateau shower mixer. This particular Trim Kit is for a mixer valve that has two screw holes located at the 5 oclock and the 7 oclock position and the plate is flat not dished out. Check your original plate as usually the dished out one will not be compatable with the flat plate. Danco is a quality manufacturer (made in Taiwan) that is great quality IMHO. Amazon gives a great price for this. If you check with the big box stores they may try to sell you the dished out plate which is not interchangable. Makes your shower set look like new! You can go to Moen.com and they show you how to determine what kind of mixing valve you have thru a series of questions.
